Access to and/or use of the Website www.cafersa.es grants the status of user to whoever performs it, thereby fully and unreservedly accepting these general conditions, as well as any specific conditions that may complement, modify, or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and content of the Website.

VII. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. GRUPO CAFERSA and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile for any disputes that may arise or actions that may be exercised derived from the provision of the Website service and its services and content, and regarding the interpretation, application, compliance, or non-compliance with the provisions herein.
In the event that the User's domicile is outside Spain, GRUPO CAFERSA and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of O Barco.
3. UNSUBSCRIPTION FROM COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
In accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services, the user is guaranteed the possibility of ceasing to receive commercial information within a maximum period of one month from the time they communicate their request via email to canaldecomunicaciones@cafersa.com.
